We pile all our gear into Jeff's pickup truck and drive south.

With the ropes all set up, it's time for our team to rappel down into the cenote. Jeff goes first to demonstrate.

Next it's my turn. While I have never started a dive with a rappel, I did learn to rappel in high school. So I can't resist the urge to show off a little.
