I don't know how many people know this-- but you were very, very sick recently?

不知道有多少人知道 不过你最近生了场很重的病是吧

Yes, I was. Very sick. I just got cleared yesterday.

是的 病得很重 我昨天才好些了

Congratulations. Yes. So here it is.

恭喜啊 嗯 是这样的

I came back and I thought-- I came back from overseas, and I thought I had a cold. But it wasn't a cold.

我回来 我从国外回来后 以为自己是感冒了 但其实不是感冒

I ended up in the emergency room and they said, "You have pneumonia."

后来我去看了急诊 他们说“你得了肺炎”

And I go home with pneumonia.

然后我就带病回家了

And Pneumonia is nothing to play with, ya'll. It is very serious.

肺炎可不是闹着玩儿的 各位 它不是个小病

And I was on antibiotics for a week. The antibiotics weren't working.

我吃了一周的抗生素 但没啥效果

And then I went back for another CT scan and they say, "It's actually worse.

然后我又去医院做了次CT扫描 他们说“病情恶化了

You should see a lung specialist."

你得去看肺癌专家”

So I go into the lung specialist. This is a moment.

于是我就去看了肺癌专家 就是这时候

I love the lung specialist. Dr. K, you're fabulous.

我很喜欢那位专家 K医生 你超好的

But I go in and I can see him. I said, "Look, I've got a little rattling."

进诊室见到他以后 我说“我呼吸有点噪音”

He puts a stethoscope here and I see the "Oh," face.

他在这儿放了个听诊器 我能看到那张“哦 天”的脸

It is like, oh, my... Something's wrong with you.

就像 哦 我的 你身体出问题了

And I can see it. He didn't hide it.

我能只接看到 他并没有掩饰

And I said, "I told you, I sound like a rattlesnake in there."

然后我说“我跟你说了 我感觉那里面有嘶嘶声”

He immediately said, "You must cancel everything."

接着他说“你必须取消一切安排”

I've never canceled anything in my life.

我这辈子从来没取消过什么

No, you work when you're sick. I work when I'm sick.

嗯 你生病的时候也坚持工作 我病了也会工作

I worked all the time when I was sick.

我生病的时候从来没停下过工作

He goes, "You must cancel everything. You cannot fly for a month."

他说“你必须取消一切安排 一个月内你不能坐飞机”

And then he had 18 vials of blood drawn.

然后他抽了18管血

And so I thought, oh, this must be very serious. Because I saw his face.

我想这肯定很严重 因为我能看到他的表情

And I went back in a week, and I was better.

一周后我又去复查 好多了

He called me every day to make sure I was using the inhaler and taking the right antibiotics.

他每天都会给我打电话 确保我用了吸入器 吃了对的抗生素

And when I walked in and I was better, he thanked me three times for getting better and said,

我回去复诊的时候好些了 他为我的恢复谢了我三遍 还说

"Can I have a hug? Can I have a hug?"

“能不能抱一下？能不能抱一下？”

And I could tell that he was like, "Not on my watch is this going to happen."

我能看出来他当时在想“这一切都多亏了我的监督”

Yeah. Yeah. Well I'm glad you're better now.

嗯 嗯 很高兴你好些了

Well thank you, neighbor. Yes. Thank you.

I'm glad you're feeling better. I am. All right. But don't play with it.

很高兴你好些了 是的 好 但别不当回事儿

And get your flu shots and get your pneumonia shots.

要去打流感疫苗 打肺炎疫苗

It's nothing to play with. It takes people out.

这可不是小事儿 它会致命的

But I'm telling you, it changed the way I look at wellness.

不过跟你说 这件事改变了我对健康的看法

And you're going on tour-- So now I'm going on tour to talk about it.

你正在巡游 我要在巡游中聊这件事

So tell me what you're doing about this tour.

说说你这次巡游要做些什么

No, but I was always going to be doing that.

我一直都想这么做的

You know, I had a bunch of people-- One of the things I did in Hawaii this summer

我让一群人 今年夏天我在夏威夷做的一件事

was to have lovely people from WW-- formerly Weight Watchers--

就是让WW——前减肥中心（Weight Watchers）里那些可爱的人

come to my house to celebrate all of their wonderful victories in weight loss

到我家里来 庆祝他们在减肥

and turning their life around in terms of being healthy and strong.

以及变得更健康更坚强 从而改变自己的人生方面取得的成功

And we had such a good time.

我们玩的很开心

And everybody said, "Oh, too bad you can't invite everybody to your house."

大家都说“哦 很遗憾你不能把所有人都请到家里来”

And I went, "No, I can't invite everybody to my house.

我说“对 我不能把所有人都请到家里来

But I can go out and try to see as many people as possible."

但我可以出去见尽可能多的人”

So I'm doing nine cities, starting in January, on tour--

所以从一月起 我要去九座城市巡游

--for wellness, health, well-being.

为了健康 康乐和幸福

That's fantastic. So you're just talking about wellness? Yeah.

Well, not just talking about it, but trying to motivate people to take care of themselves

and to not get sick with pneumonia, and to really transform their life.

You know, I've done this before, sort of.

We called it "The Life You Want," several years ago.

But I love having immediate contact with the audience and being able to share stories and inspire people to be their best selves.

Yeah. This is what you said you miss the most, is having this immediate contact with the audience.
