China International Tendering Co. (hereinafter called CITC) is authorized to invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the project.

兹授权中国国际投标公司（此后简称CITC）邀请具有资格的投标商对此工程的建设进行封闭式投标。

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon non-refundable payment of RMB 8000 for each package at Room 608 on the 6th floor,

有兴趣的投标者可在2013年2月3日至3月3日上午9:00-下午5:00（节假日除外）

Zhongguancun Financial Tower, Beijing, between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m.from February 3 to March 3, 2013(except public holidays).

在北京市中关村金融中心6层608房间购买投标文件,每套8000元人民币，概不退款。

Neither CITC nor the employer will be responsible for any costs or expense incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.

对于此次投标相关的准备货投递的任何费用或支出，中国国际投标公司和雇方概不负责。
