According to my understanding, what Dharma is to do whatever you do, very practically, skilfully, for the benefit of all beings, without causing any harm, and for their wellbeing, including oneself and all, is Dharma.

Dharma means the purity of heart.

Dharma means peace, and Dharma means wellbeing of all human society.

We are taught what causes suffering and what can cause suffering, and how to avoid causing suffering in life, one's own life.

And when you implement those teachings, I think that is what really contributes towards one's own wellbeing and others' wellbeing,
