For most, chocolate is a guilty pleasure, may better, because it's so bad for you. Now, though, an extensive study has discovered that eating chocolate can be very good for your health. They can substantially reduce your risk of having a heart attack or stroke and help to lower blood pressure. And before you check the day, this isn't a windup. The study was carried out by German nutritionists and kept track of chocolate eaters for at least 10 years. Even the British Heart Foundation agrees with the findings.

Rescuers are racing against time at a coal mine in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province. It has been more than 40 hours since the colliery was flooded. Local authorities say they have found two miners' bodies, and the search is on to locate 13 others trapped inside.
The mine in Xing'an District, Hegang City, was inundated and buried by a landslide at around 5 p.m. Monday while 15 miners were on duty.
Police say they have detained the owner and people in charge.
The emergency rescue headquarters has sent a team to drill into the shaft and pipe in oxygen and food. Another team is digging into another shaft to approach the flooded area.

Gold futures on the COMEX division of the New York Mercantile Exchange fell again Tuesday. That's as traders dumped large quantities of gold within two minutes.
The most active gold contract for August delivery lost 3.3 U.S. dollars, or 0.3 percent, to settle at 11-hundred and 3.5 dollars per ounce. Gold futures have witnessed nine straight sessions of losses since July 9th.
Analysts believe Tuesday's "bear raid" resulted from investors' desire to dump a non-interest bearing asset that came after a sell-off Monday in reaction to rate increase expectations from the Fed. A rate increase by the Fed would drive investors away from gold and towards assets with a return because gold bears no interest.
