北京消息，周日，中央纪委监察部举报网站发表声明，公布处理公众意见与投诉的工作流程。

声明表示，信访举报是纪检监察机关获取信息和案件线索的重要来源（an important source of clues），是社会公众对党员干部、行政监察对象进行监督（supervise）的重要渠道，是人民群众参与党风廉政建设和反腐败工作（fight against corruption）的重要形式。
中央纪委监察部受理信访举报范围包括：一、对党组织、党员（CPC organizations and members）和行政监察对象违反党纪政纪行为（discipline violations）的检举、控告；二、依法应由纪检监察机关受理的党组织、党员和行政监察对象不服党纪政纪处分（refuse punishment by disciplinary institutions）和其他处理的申诉；三、对党风廉政建设和纪检（discipline inspection）监察工作的意见、建议（suggestions for CPC party building and discipline supervisio）。
中央纪委监察部受理登记包括信件、互联网、个人访问（personal visits）和热线电话（hotlines）等。
信访举报办理终结后，承办（undertakers）的纪检监察机关按照有关规定（in accordance with relevant regulations）向实名举报人（real-name whistleblowers）反馈（respond）处理结果。
