据《中国证券报》周一报道，楼市高烧已开始蔓延至普通县城，甚至在一些偏远山区，房价也开始疯涨起来。现在在一些小县城，只要拍下一块土地，印出简单的户型图就能吸引大批购房者。很多“图纸房”的土地上旧房还没拆，地基还没开始打，就已经被抢购一空。

“图纸房”县城热销——由于政府已对一线、二线城市的房产实行限购，买房者开始将目标转移到了小城市甚至偏远县城，那里的房价也开始疯涨起来。

在上面的报道中，blueprint homes或blueprint housing就是“图纸房”。“图纸房”是指凭借简单的户型图进行销售的商品房。一般都是地产商get a piece of land at auction（拍下一块土地），印出simple blueprints of the project（简单的户型图），吸引大批购房者，在收到capital in the presale（预售款）后再开工建设。

事实上，购买这种blueprint housing的风险比forward-delivery housing（期房）还要大。如果“图纸房”的开发商碰到资金问题放弃了该项目，那么购房者将很难拿回自己的advance fees（预付款）。
