　　Alarmingly, the incidence of traffic accident keeps on soaring at a startling rate, one of the reasons can be largely owed to unsafe driving. Under this circumstance, an opinion springs up that stricter limitation should be implemented to regulate the age of drivers. I agree with this proposal.

He had no choice but to face the severe penalty of the law.
