Do you like any particular sports or exercise?
I enjoy three different types of exercise: walking, tennis and cross-country skiing.
Walking is considered one of the best types of regular exercise for a healthy circulatory system, and it is especially good for maintaining a strong heart.
Tennis is a sport I enjoy because it requires vigorous exercise and a lot of concentration.
Cross-country skiing is something I do in the winter because it gives me an opportunity to get outdoors and into remote areas.
How do you do it?
I try to take a vigorous walk at least three times a week.
I usually walk about 2 kilometers each time, but sometimes I have time for a longer walk.
When the weather is bad, I sometimes go to the shopping mall close to where i live and walk inside.
I usually play tennis in the spring, summer and fall on courts a short distance from my home.
There are often people there who are looking for someone to play with.
A friend of mine goes with me to cross-country ski in the winter.
There is an area where it snows frequently about two hour from my city.
We are able to get some good exercise and enjoy the beautiful countryside.
