本次写作，需要抓住关键词。Parents and Media 分别从这两个词里面做文章，写出两方对孩子各有什么好处或坏处。其中，media是一个很大的概念，可以包含广告，电视，网络等等。考生可从以上几方面分别写出其对孩子的影响。

参考文章安排：

第一段：开头段：背景阐述，引出话题：媒体数量众多，影响很大。
第二段
一方：父母对孩子会有很大的影响

1. 是born teacher/preschool teacher, 在孩子没有接触媒体的年纪之前，都是长期和父母相处的并受其影响。

2. 在家里很多父母是孩子的榜样idol，一言一行潜移默化中影响孩子unconsciously

3. 为人的道德品质morality 主要都是父母在儿时教的。可以举例：filial piety孝顺 respecting敬老 credit守信 honesty

另一方：不难排除，由于父母工作忙，和孩子沟通少，造成代沟，孩子转而和媒体相处更长的时间。-----这里最好可以先让步，说明为什么孩子会有很多时间和机会接触媒体Despite the great affect of parents on children’s character, the modern media has already found its way and taken the main position of adolescent’s life due to the busy work of their parents and thus the lack of communication.
这里分类网络、电视、广告等对孩子的影响（一下影响，好处和坏处均可写，考试只是在问影响如何，并没有强调是好的还是坏的影响，因此只要写出某一方面的影响，不论好坏，都可以达到论证目的）

1. 互联网让孩子生活在信息泛滥的虚拟世界里，特别是游戏，对孩子造成很多影响

2. 电视剧影响孩子的价值观、金钱观或是人生观。（可以举例说明）

3. 广告让孩子 变得虚荣浮夸live in vanity，追求名牌luxury worship

立场：可以有几种
1都有影响，但是由于父母太忙，缺少沟通，媒体影响大，他让孩子缺乏面对面沟通，缺乏应有的好的道德素质。建议父母多陪孩子，更好地引导，利用媒体的积极作用。----建议
2 都有影响，尽管媒体影响有，但是最重要的还是父母，因为现在越来越多的父母意识到了这一点，父母其实发挥了比媒体更多的影响力。
