The Chinese President has sent a congratulatory letter to an event marking the establishment of the International Research Center of Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals.
Xi Jinping announced the plan for the research center during his U.N. General Assembly address in September last year.
It is aimed at facilitating the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
