Finally, I believe that we need to create new departments and set departmental targets to direct our work. This will reduce inefficiency and increase output. The company has grown very quickly, in many directions, and it's time to work in a more systematic way.
We're getting complaints about the quality of work on the shop-floor. But for us, the problem lies with what's happening with supervisors and section heads. When we take problems or suggestions to supervisors, they often don't go any further. And information from above isn't reaching us on the shop-floor.
