如：2004年3月2日 读法

英式英语： 日- 月->年 2nd March, 2004 the second of March, two thousand and four
美式英语： 月-日->年 March 2, 2004 March the second, two thousand and four
在美式英语中 1st，2nd，3rd 要写成1，2，3
当全部用数字表达日期时，英美也有差别：
