前段时间，浙江省高考语文满分作文《生活在树上》及专家点评，在网上引发巨大争议。8月13日，浙江省教育考试院发布通报称，语文评卷组作文组组长陈建新，在评卷结束后擅自泄露考生作文答卷及评卷细节，严重违反评卷工作纪律，停止其参加国家教育考试工作（含高考评卷等）。

A teacher of Chinese linguistics was punished for revealing the score criteria and an examinee's composition for this year's college entrance examination, or gaokao, after the exam was held, according to a notice from education examination authorities in Zhejiang province on Thursday.

浙江省教育考试院周四发布通报称，一名语文教师因在今年高考举行后泄露评分标准和考生作文而受到处罚。

陈建新是浙江大学人文学院中文系（the Department of the Chinese Language and Literature）副教授（associate professor），通报称，作为语文评卷组作文组组长（the group leader for scoring the compositions）的陈建新老师在评卷结束后未经允许擅自泄露考生作文答卷及评卷细节，严重违反了评卷工作纪律（breached work discipline）。根据《国家教育考试违规处理办法》第十三条第九款的规定，浙江省教育考试院经研究决定：停止陈建新老师参加国家教育考试工作（含高考评卷等）。对网民反映的其个人其他相关问题，有关部门正在调查核实（further investigation）。
此前，陈建新因给一名考生作文打满分（give full marks to an examinee's composition）而引发争议。
此前有媒体报道称，陈建新曾主编高考作文教辅书（published books on writing better compositions），且曾多次进行高考作文教学讲座（offered tutorial lessons），这使一些人对公平性提出质疑。
