#10 We start off our list Ernest McHenry who went to his local Burger King in Jacksonville Florida to get a fish sandwich. McHenry took the bun off his sandwich to add some seasoning,and to his surprise found a blue pill. It was determined by the police that the pill was hydrocodone, a powerful pain killer. After an investigation, police learned that the sandwich was made by an employee named Woody Duclos who later plead guilty to the crime,and received a 5 year prison sentence.

#9 Next we have Van Miguel Hartless, who on June 18th, 2007 went to Burger king to fill his craving for a Southwestern Whopper. When trying to order the burger his way, the employee gave him a hard time for requesting jalapenos saying that the store didn’t carry them,even though he had them from the same location previously. Hartless took his order home,sat down to dinner and bit into his spicy sandwich, making a gruesome discovery. An unwrapped, and possibly used condom. Hartless went on to sue the company, and eventually reached a settlement out of court.

#8 Ken Wieczerza was hungry, and after sifting through his fridge for a snack landed on some left-over pizza from the previous night. Heb it into a slice, and started chewing on something plasticky. He pulled the object from his mouth and to his disgust found a used bandage - blood spots and all. Ken contacted Pizza Hut, and asked them to cover some blood tests to make sure he didn’t pick anything up from the unwanted pizza topping. Nothing came of the incident as Ken never showed the bandage or pizza to anyone at the company.

#7 Angelina Cruz got more than she bargained for when biting into a Burger king Breakfast sandwich. After taking a bite, she felt a sharp pain in her cheek and spit the offending object out into a napkin. Covered in blood,the napkin had a nasty surprise, part of a syringe needle. Cruz ended up filing a lawsuit
against the burger giant for 9 million dollars citing fears she may have contracted HIV.

#6 In Osaka Japan, a customer visited a nearby Mcdonalds and ordered a happy meal, and ended up getting more than a smile. A human tooth was found in her french fries. No employees of the location had lost any teeth, and and after an investigation officials were not able to pinpoint its source.

China to invest $60 billion in UK

Deals worth of billions of dollars have been struck between China and the United Kingdom. China and the UK reached 59 deals, including 28 in business, worth 60 billion US dollars.
Making global headlines is the Hinkley Point nuclear plant.
China's state-owned General Nuclear Corporation will take a one-third stake in the planned 28 billion-dollar plant.
They also agreed on construction of two other nuclear power stations, with one installed with the Chinese reactor called Hualong One.
High-speed rail is also a major area for investment. Britain opened the bidding for construction of its new high-speed rail links worth 18 billion dollars last month during Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne's visit to China.
China's Central Bank has issued its first offshore Renminbi bond in London.
It's worth 5 billion yuan, or 800 million US dollars, with an interest rate of 3.1 percent, and falls due in 2016.
It's the first time a yuan denominated bond has been issued outside China, effectively a gesture to fortify London's role as a non-Asian yuan trading centre.
Other highlights include multiple infrastructure deals struck between the two countries. China already holds stakes in British infastructure, including two airports and North Sea oil projects.
And on Wedsnesday, the two countries signed a 500 million US dollar deal, encompassing film, television, music and advanced engineering.
They also signed deals on education, science research, and football training programs for Chinese schools. And a two-year multiple-entry UK visa for Chinese tourists will start next year.
Leaders are hoping to take that cooperation even further.

Shanghai warming up for Halloween

With two weeks to go to Halloween, many stores around Shanghai are offering costumes and candy in readiness for the ghoulish festival.
This shopping mall in Pudong has set up a Halloween-themed virtual reality train ride. Riders put on a pair of glasses and then experience a ride full of ghosts and other scary monsters.
"The objects come flying at you. You almost feel you're waiting for the impact. It's brilliant," said Leon Michelson.
A supermarket nearby says sales of Halloween costumes and candy are good, and it can sell dozens of plastic jack-o-lanterns every day.
"This Halloween, maybe just some candy for the kids that come by, maybe a pumpkin, make a jack-o-lantern," said Aaron Spears.
Some people have plans for costume parties.
"So we will probably end up in a house party and then move to a club, I think. I am going to dress like a dolphin, I paid for my own (costume) on Taobao I think I paid for like 300 kuai," said Oliver Pietrantoni.
"My daughter, she wants to be Cinderella, so we have a little Cinderella costume for her, and I'm going to put her hair up in a little bun and tiara. So we are really excited because we just got here, and she can meet all of the other kids and play in her costume," said Keri Zhao.
Many nightclubs and amusement parks around the city will also hold special events on Halloween.
