But usually work out means the gym.

通常work out都是指去健身房的意思。

This is important—if you work out with a friend， you’re more likely to actually go do it.

和朋友一起健身，不但可以有人聊天，而且可以经常比较一下健身的效果，真的是非常棒。看我一身的肌肉，就是work out的结果。
