If you wanna add anymore acid, put some lime juice in and brighten it up,

It's just brilliant. It saves you all the effort in the world, umm And you can mix up the nuts.

Don't go anything heavy, like a Walnut Uh, or Hazelnut.

Just kinda stick on the Almonds, pine nuts Um, Sunflower seeds, stuff like that.

A little milk, and a little honey.

is if you haven't got any frozen fruit and by the way,

You can buy frozen fruit in the supermarkets And it's pretty damn good value.

Use just some regular ice, and some frozen fruit.

and you get that same a lovely thick refreshing
