Bounty Hunter

bounty指“奖励金，赏金”， Bounty hunter顾名思义就是“追逐奖赏的人”，其真正意思是指“为领取悬赏而情愿充当杀手的人，一般都是玩命之徒”。

例如：He did not tell her that he earned his living as a bounty hunter.

他没有告诉她自己靠当杀手为生。

而bounty hunter的这种行为就叫做bounty hunt,如：

He agrees to go on a bounty hunt for two cowboys who knife a prostitute in the town of Big Whiskey.

两个牛仔在大威士忌城捅死了一名妓女，他同意捕杀那两名牛仔，从而得到奖赏
