袁咏琳，杰威尔音乐头号新人创作女歌手，音乐实力受周杰伦点头认可。主打歌《画沙》是周杰伦首度愿意演唱别人写的对唱歌曲。2009年10月30日，袁咏琳发行个人第一张《袁咏琳 Cindy Yen》专辑，成为继温岚、Lara后，第3个和周董对唱情歌的幸运儿。

袁咏琳原名吴欣云，美籍华人，1986年11月14日生于美国德州休士顿。台湾杰威尔音乐（JVR Music）的创作歌手。被称为“古典混搭流行的微笑新女声”。父母是台湾留美学生，在美国念书结婚。父亲任休士顿大学教授，母亲任会计师(有美国会计师执照)时生下袁咏琳。她4岁开始学钢琴、9岁学小提琴。13岁爸妈离婚后，由母亲带大，于德州大学奥斯汀分校音乐系学士(主修钢琴)与广播新闻系双主修毕业后返台。2009年参加Miss Chinatown USA pageant 2009，获得第52届全美华埠小姐冠军。
