Vanessa convinces Nate that it may be time to forgive and forget when it comes to his mother's Kennedyesque family, The Vanderbilts, who abandoned Nate and his mother when they needed them most. In an effort to be completely honest with each other, Lily and Rufus agree to share lists of their past lovers.

black book: 黑名单，a book containing names of people or organizations to blacklist.
yellow pages: 黄页。这里Serena说Rufus的情人名单是“黑名单”，Lily的则是“黄页”，其实就是说Lily的情人太多了，名单厚的都赶得上黄页电话本了。
on par: equal to someone or something. 成正比，相抗衡。 Your effort is simply not on par with what's expected from you.
