Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing has sold the Century Link commercial complex in Shanghai for 20 billion yuan.

Cheung Kong Property Holdings and Li Ka Shing Foundation, two companies both owned by Li Ka-shing, agreed to sell their combined 100% ownership of the complex, in Pudong's Lujiazui district to a company reportedly invested by China Life.
