The annual income of Chinese employees in 2014 was RMB49,969 onaverage, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics on Wednesday.
国家统计局27日发布调查数据，2014年全国就业人员年平均工资为49969元。
Non-private enterprises in cities and townships offered an average salary of RMB56,339 in 2014, up RMB4,856 on the year before, while private enterprises paid RMB36,390, up by RMB3,684 on 2013.
其中，城镇非私营单位年平均工资为56339元，私营单位36390元；与2013年相比，分别增加了4856元和3684元。

Employees in two industries in the non-private sector - financeand information - saw their average annual salaries surpassing RMB100,000 for the first time in 2014, data showed.
非私营单位首次有两个行业年平均工资突破10万元，分别是金融业和信息传输业。
