上海市交通港口管理局近日出台了出租车叫车管理规定。规定中写道由第三方手机叫车软件提供的叫车服务应当与出租车公司的派车中心相整合。
在北京和上海等一些大城市，要在高峰时间叫辆出租车可不简单。手机叫车软件因此而变得越来越流行。有了这些软件，用户便可向司机支付小费，也可以就路费跟司机砍砍价钱。
