6. When maintaining customer loyalty, it is important to offer discounts to regular customers. By offering discounts, a company can attract its existing customers.

7. The company can distribute newsletters regularly to its existing customers to provide them with products-related information, which probably is of their interest, thus establishing and maintaining good relationships with them.
