Dan: I know his birthday is celebrated on Christmas, and he was betrayed by one of his disciples, after which he was crucified.

Edward: Yes, that is now commemorated on Good Friday. But because he is the son of God, and he died for saving God's people, he was resurrected on the third day of his death.
