沙漠
是个大男子汉
只有在
很高很高的空中，
我才能开清
它起伏的肋骨
隆起的胸肌
和下陷的腹部

它是个
不会微笑的男子汉
除了原始野性的发作
便是懒散地躺着
它真的
一点也不懂得温柔
假如
我飞得太远太久
对飞回来一定
会感到恐惧

但我决不会飞走
我是沙漠的
一只小麻雀
我是这个男人身上的
一根飞舞的头发
我是他放飞的
一个小小的灵感

Desert
Is a big big fellow
Only
High very high in the air
Can I see him clearly
The rippling muscles,
The bulging bosom,
The sunken belly

He is a fellow
Unable to smile
Either he's throwing his barbaric fits
Or lounging idly in bed
Truly
A stranger to any tenderness
If
I fly too far and too long
I shall feel fearful
Of flying back

But certainly I'll not flee
I'm a small sparrow
Of the desert
I'm a small drifting hair
On the body of this big fellow
I'm what he has let soar in this vastness
A minute soul
