　　1. speaks fluently with only rare repetition or self-correction; any hesitation is content-related rather than to find words or grammar
　　标准读：
　　(1) fluently 要求考生的表达要流利
　　(2) rare repetition\self-correction\hesitation
　　考生在回答过程中，可以允许少量的重复或自我纠正的情况， 另外，出现基于思考内容(而非寻找合适的词汇或语法)的犹豫现象，也有可能获得满分
　　2. speaks coherently with fully appropriate cohesive features
　　标准读：
　　(1) coherently 要求考生在表达过程中，前后意思和逻辑都要连贯
　　(2) cohesive features 要求考生使用恰当的衔接手段，如表示原因的because，表示举例的for example等
　　3. develops topics fully and appropriately
　　标准读：
　　(1) fully 要求考生完整地展开话，完整的话至少要做到：
