How long would you allow your children to watch TV each day?

I think I will give one-and-a half-hour permission. Because on the one hand, I think it is alright or even beneficial for them to watch some inspiring cartoons. But on the other hand, I don't want them to be too obsessed with TV; instead, I hope they can go out more often to play with their friends.
