写作参考范文:

首段:
Across the world, enormous funds have been devoted by governments to renovate plenty of ancient buildings in metropolises to protect the cultural and historical heritages. After serious consideration, I deem that the investments from the governments should more particularly emphasize on expanding the area of residential buildings and perfecting transport facilities to satisfy the developments of conurbations and the needs of people.

第二段
Enormous capital injected by governments towards dwelling houses and public transport services should be the inevitable consequence of urbanization. Due to emergence of various platforms and employment opportunities in metropolises, people flood into the urban areas to realize their self-value and obtain more materially abundant life, however, this imposes huge burdens onexisting lodgings and transportation system. From this point, it is the obligation of governments to expand residential areas that people expect of and provide more convenient and faster public transportation to alleviate the deteriorating traffic condition.

第三段:
In addition, governments'investing in new lodgings and improving the current transportation system can embody the actual demands from people, and is favorable for tackling a series of issues evoked by high housing price, housing shortage and traffic congestion. Therefore, I believe addressing housing shortage and controlling high house price by means of governments investing in the real estate sector is exactly the way out for solving the biggest problem people are confronted with. Secondly, improving the current transportation condition is the effective way to enhance happiness index and life satisfaction index

第四段:
It is undeniable that it is also reasonable to some extent that governments invest in renovating ancient buildings. It can be conducive to inheriting cultures and safeguarding the local customs and traditions better. Nevertheless, the funds invested by governments should be used to tackle practical issues people are confronted with better so as to provide more suitable living conditions and make people enjoy the convenience brought about by improving the public transportation.

结尾段:
On balance, after taking into account the above perspectives, the government should put more money in improving the living conditions, adjusting the high housing price and providing more perfect and advanced transportation facilities while adopting reasonable measures to protect the ancient buildings in conurbations.
