Further, efforts should be made by relevant enterprises, they should create more on-the-job training chances for youngsters and properly lower criteria in selecting college job-seekers. Ultimately, undergraduates ought to study even harder and adjust their mentality in terms of career choice. More precisely, every college student should excel academically and strive from the bottom of the society. (118)
