A Chinese copy of a scenic town in Austria has shown great potential for business opportunities, Xinhua reported。

　　Located in Boluo County, Guangdong Province, the replica of Hallstatt has been open to visitors only a dozen days, yet many of the homes in the residential complex have already been snapped up。

　　Of the 400 villas constructed in the 20,000-square-meter European-style town, 150 have been sold, for an average price of 9,000 yuan, double the average housing price in the county seat of Boluo。

　　More small and medium-sized apartments will follow in the town in coming years, according to Shi Lingyun, a senior manager of the developer, the China Minmetals Corporation。

　　Furthermore, the firm has decided to build the town into a commercial district and tourism attraction。

广州版奥地利小镇

　　据新华社报道，中国复制了奥地利一个风景如画的小镇，该项目展示出巨大的商业潜力。

　　哈斯塔特的复制品坐落在广东省博罗县，虽然向游客开放仅12天，但镇上住宅区的许多房子已经售出。
