Changes in My Hometown
家乡的变化

My hometown Gaochun is an old and beautiful city.
我的家乡高淳是一个古老而美丽的城市。
It used to be quiet place.
以前它是一个很安静的地方。
There were green hills, fresh air and many old houses.
有绿色的山，新鲜的空气和许多老房子。
However, the area has changed a lot over the years.

Now there are many new squares, new roads and a lot of tall buildings.

In the past, people could only go to there by bicycle or on foot.

Many buses pass there now, people can take the taxi, car, bus, underground or light rail to Gaochun.

And it is faster and easier to get there.

The environment has also changed, too. The water is clearer, the tree is greener, and the air is fresher.

We are happy to live in the beautiful city.
