① There are many reasons why that sweet girl in the picture is proud of her blog, but in general, they come down to three major ones.
② For one thing, I argue, writing blog is a fashion and modern world is increasingly populated by blog and weibo.
③ For another, over the time our blog will mature and our audience will grow. This will confer a feeling of achievement on us.
④ But the prime reason is perhaps that blog gives people the opportunity to choose what they write, which means "I am in charge, this is my zone".

① In regard to these benefits, steps should be taken to develop them.
② The first thing we should do is to make people realize the significance of blog.
③ Another thing we can do is to design new tools to connect people, such as YY.
④ In addition,the departments concerned should promote the development of the internet on interpersonal communication.
