M: Hello, Matt Ellis speaking.

W: Hello, Dr. Ellis. My name's Pan Johnson. My roommate, Janet Holmes, wanted me to call you.

M: Janet Holmes? Oh, that's right. She's in my Shakespearean English class. Has anything happened to her?
