You live in New York City, have you seen an increase in crime in your area?

Absolutely, um at least for me uh just being able to uh just walk around and just trying to live in New York City.

What tell me a little bit about MMA. How long have you been training and who do you recommend it for?

Um so I've been training uh in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 12 years. Prior to that I was a western boxing and currently I am learning judo.

Um and it is really great for anyone actually uh because if you are looking to defend yourself.

I had an option here whether to confront this guy and it would have been an all-out brawl like you know punching and kicking.

I think that's the best form to be able to subdue a a person in this situation.
