I've got some red skinned sort of new potatoes okay
这里有一些红皮新土豆
you parboiling them, some salt with water, we're just gonna add a little pinch of salt
土豆焯至半熟，焯的时候放点盐，现在再放点儿盐，
some pepper mm-hmm, and a little olive oil

Well, just shake them around, put them in a in a tray

and then all I do is I'm gonna bake it, just like you would a jacket potato

but of course because they're smaller, they only take 10-15 minutes

so I'm gonna sprinkle this gammon with some mustard, some pepper, mm-hmm

I'm just going to put a lid on top of it to hold it down

that rosemary was only in there for like 45 seconds or a minute

okay, then the apple goes in with a watercress

and then just pour your dressing in tiger, there you go

come and get your lovely gammon here, crispy mini jacket potatoes

and then you get your old poached egg back then on there

and then the nice little watch of your beautiful Apple and watercress salad
