Yep, but to be specific: the present real conditional and the future real conditional.

I think you should explain a little bit more about these conditionals.

OK. Conditionals have two parts of them: the "IF" clause and the "RESULT" clause. For example, "If A happens, B happens."
好的。条件句由两部分组成：if从句和result（结果）从句。例如：如果A发生了，B就会发生。

If you see her, say hello.
如果你看到她，代我问她好。
When you're trying to create a future real conditional, you just add "WILL" to the result clause.
当你想用将来虚拟条件句表达时，只要在result从句中加上will。
So that would read more like:
那就是下面这样：
If it rains, I will bring an umbrella.
如果下雨，我就带伞。
Or if you are late for work again, you will get fired.
或如果你再迟到，你会被炒鱿鱼的。
Why does that sound more like a threat than anything else?

Well, sometimes people use the future real conditional to make threats.
