美国大选如火如荼，各种互黑八卦满天飞，隔岸观火的我们就当作好莱坞大片看了。这总统竞选不仅是人和人的斗争，最近，美国和俄国有两只猫也成为了总统选举的候选人，还上了不少电视和报纸的娱乐版面，成为社交网络的新话题。
这些喵星人的出现意味着什么呢？萌真的能拯救世界吗？

Residents of the Siberian city of Barnaul have nominated Barsik the cat for mayor in an unofficial poll, in protest of corruption among local officials, as they are tired of the dog-eat-dog politics in their Russian city, the residents of Barnaul say they want a cat to be their next mayor.

巴尔瑙尔的市长提名Barsik参与非官方的市长竞选，想借此来抗争官僚的腐败现象，因为他们已经厌倦了自相残杀的政治竞争，所以还不如让一只猫来当明年的市长。

They have also launched a crowd-funding campaign to to buy a billboard in the city centre depicting the candidate with the slogan: "Only mice don't vote for Barsik!"

他们推出了众筹竞选资金，然后在市中心买了一块超级大的广告牌，放上了Barsik的严肃脸作为宣传，而且还想出了让人完全无法拒绝的标语，“只有老鼠不给巴斯克投票！”
