China's foreign ministry says the establishment of the air defense identification zone is not targeted any country.
中国外交部表示中国防空识别区的建立不针对任何国家。

A foreign ministry spokesman was responding to a report that Japan will set up an air defense identification zone in response.
有报道称，日本设立了一个防空识别区并以此作为对中国防空区设立的回应，一位外交部发言人就此作出回应。

"I do not have any official information. I want to stress that China's practice to establish its air defense identification zone is accepted international practice in exercising rights to self-defense, not targeted at any country. We hope the countries concerned do not overreact," said Qin Gang, Spokesman of Chinese Foreign Ministry.
中国外交部发言人秦刚表示，“我没有得到任何官方消息。我想要强调的是中国设立防空识别区的行为是被各个国家可自由行使自卫权利的国际惯例所认可的，不针对任何国家。我们希望有此顾虑的国家不要过度反应。”
