A day after getting his Tour de France titles officially stripped, Lance Armstrong deletes the victories from his Twitter biography. The International Cycling Union ratified the United States Anti-Doping Agency's sanctions against Armstrong on Monday.

Armstrong, so far, has elected not to contest the USADA charges.
