Floods kill 41 in China since April

Floods in China have left 41 people dead and eight missing since the flooding season began on April the 1st.

Floods in 16 provinces in southern China have also affected more than 5.5 million people, as well as more than 400,000 hectares of crops. Direct economic losses were estimated at 2 billion yuan.
