澳大利亚的烤肉野餐
澳大利亚人非常喜欢烤肉野餐,或者在自家后院,或者在自然保护区。这种自然保护区大都划出一定的地方,砌上炉灶(这种炉灶,英语也叫barbecue),有时还备有桌凳;供人们野餐时使用。人们可以自带木柴,也可以免费使用公家提供的木柴,这样他们就不会随便砍树了。人们到这里来野餐,都要带肉来烤,通常还要带沙拉、黄油、面包、水果,甚至糕点。有的人喝洒、啤酒或软饮料,也有的人在炉灶上烧水泡茶或冲咖啡。夏季干旱,容易发生火灾,因此有时禁止点火,这时人们就不能烤肉,只好吃冷餐了。
