GEOFF：

The hotel's in a residential area.
GEOFF：

If you want my opinion,I think Jean Thomas is reacting too strongly.Many people in the area need somewhere to go. And they like the music at the Bridge Hotel.
GEOFF：
But rock'n roll's noisy, isn't it?
JEAN:
Right!
PAUL:
That's true,but the band stops at ten o'clock.

But it's very noisy till then.
