影片简介：
阿莱克斯是八十年代后期过气的流行音乐歌手，他在乡村市集以及音乐娱乐公园举行怀旧巡回演唱的机会逐渐递减。而当流行天后卡罗柯曼邀他写歌，并且和他一起二重唱灌唱片，富有魅力且才气十足的他终于得到机会重返歌坛。但是阿莱克斯却碰到创作瓶颈，他已经多年没有进行作曲，而且从来没有作词的经验。现在却必须在短短几天内写出一首畅销曲。
