I'm not going anywhere直译为:我哪儿也到不了，引申为“我毫无发展前途”。在口语中比opportunity更常用，更形象。也可以说:You're going nowhere.（你这人没前途）。或This job is low paid and with few prospects.（这份工作工资低且没有前途。）相反的，有前途则是:You're going places someday.你有一天会成功的。
