get a move-on实际就是在催促大家move on quickly。动词词组move on加上连字符变成了名词move-on,但是意思并未发生变化。on有“继续”之意，move-on也就是“继续前进”。如果工作的实际进度已经落后于原本的计划，这时就可以说:We need to get a move-on with this.（我们要加快速度了。）
