王采薇（1753—1776）初名薇玉。清书画家、诗人。字玉珍、玉瑛。武进（今常州市区）人。王光燮女，孙星衍妻。好读汉晋文史，论史颇有见识。喜吟咏诗赋，所作诗词多凄苦之情。工小楷，善画。著有《长离阁诗集》等。

夜松何濛濛，月小飞不起。

知有抱瑟人，垂光碧簾底。

露气明曲巌，花光照虚夜。

一片白云声，飞泉隔烟泻。

How blurred and misty are the pines in the evening!

The moon is too small to take off.

I know someone is holding the zither;

Moonlight falls at the bottom of a green curtain.

Dewy air brightens the curving precipice,

The flowers' radiance glows in the empty night.

Everywhere are the sounds of white clouds;

The splashing waterfall tumbles down behind a veil of mist.
