概念：过去的过去开始，到过去完成。
结构：had + done
e.g. The play had already started when we got to the theatre.
e.g. By the end of last month they had treated over 10,000 patients.
e.g. I had been at the bus stop for 20 minutes when a bus finally came.
e.g. I returned the book that I had borrowed.
特殊用法：hardly….. when….; no sooner….. than….; it was the 序数词 time that…
e.g. Hardly had he begun to speak when the audience interrupted him. 他刚开始演讲，听众就打断了他。
