思路一：I agree with the statement

1.分论点一：

主题句：人们通过不同于自己工作的爱好提升了自己不同的专业技能，发展创造力。

Jointing works with entertainments may be a good way to improve the professional skils and also may develop one’s innovation.

A.日常工作内容单一，不能体现一个人全方位的能力(overall abilities)。

B.可以从不同的爱好中获得灵感(acquire inspiration)，增强创造力(enhance innovation)。

2.分论点二：

主题句：帮助放松工作上长期做同一事情的压力。

Separating profession from what we doing in leisure time will definitely release the sustained pressure we built up occasionally during work

A.人们做同一件工作很久会产生疲倦以及厌倦感，需要一些其他的爱好来帮助自己放松。

B.通过放松，可以找回工作状态，并提高工作效率(efficiency)。

3.分论点三：

主题句：可以和有相同爱好的人培养友谊，拓展社交，丰富生活。

It is a good way to cultivate close relationship with the people who have similar hobbies, thus broaden our socialization and enrich our lives.

A. 工作之余培养爱好可以交更多朋友，有更多的生活和社交人群，给自己未来的道路增加更多可能性。

B. 如果某天失业了，至少自己可以有别的一技之长帮助自己找到工作。

思路二：I disagree with the statement.

1.分论点一：

主题句：爱好与工作相结合，会让我们在以后的工作以及爱好两方面都表现很好。

By combining works and hobbies we can perform better in our post of duty.

A.工作以爱好为前提，会更有动力(motive)，因此可能会比一些其他人更钻研精通。

B.例如：以摄影(photography)为职业的人，通常是以爱好开始，并能用爱好赚钱，兴趣与金钱两不误。

2.分论点二：

主题句：培养其他的爱好可能会影响工作。

There might be the possibility that the mood we put on our hobbies may influence that on our jobs.

A.如果控制不好工作与爱好，那么对不同于工作的其他爱好过于投入，会使我们对工作没那么用心(distract our attention)，导致工作上出问题。

B.花费时间培养爱好的同时，和家人朋友的心灵沟通时间相应也会减少，影响我们的关系继而影响个人状态，最后还是会影响工作。

3. 分论点三：

放在爱好上面的时间并不会很多，因此培养其他爱好并不会帮我们彻底放松并没有对我们恢复工作状态有太大帮助。

It’s undeniable that we don’t have numerous time to persue our hobbies. So it doesn’t seem to be helpful to relax ourselves thoroughly and to improve our quality of work.

A. 工作之余留给我们培养爱好的时间很短，还有别的应酬或事情，再或者是加班，都会让我们真正的放松时间减少。

B. 一些人说培养爱好可以提升别的方面的技能，但因为时间问题，我们钻研爱好的能力也会减弱，虽然可以帮助我们认识一些朋友，拓展知识面，但不够精的话对自己技能的提升也是很有限的。
