Modern life can be sometimes very stressful. One may get overwhelmed by what’s going on. There is a feeling of helplessness and the world’s spinning out of control. It’s easy to lose hope. Actually hope is something we create with an optimistic state of mind. Optimism helps to increase hope for several reasons.
